Monitoring & Patrol Services
We offer Grade A1 alarm monitoring services in conjunction with our certified monitoring centre based here in Adelaide. Alarm systems and CCTV surveillance systems can be monitored remotely 24/7 for your convenience and security. Patrols, police and fire services can be despatched to your premises upon an alarm event in accordance with the detailed instructions you outline for our monitoring centre staff. In addition, a list of after-hours contacts can be notified at home or via mobile phone so that your preferred person can attend site if desired.
There is a variety of monitoring methods available ranging from the least secure through to the most secure, including;
- Digital Dialler (via telecom PSTN network)
- IP (via broadband network)

Monitoring of an alarm panel is covered by the Australian Standard ASNZS 2201.5:2008. It outlines the necessary communications paths, transmission time, system supervision, transmission system availability, latency, signal security and supervision required to achieve the different monitoring standards.
